Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the MUAH MUAH online store.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions should be read together with our Delivery & Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Contact Us information and Size Guide.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. About MUAH MUAH
MUAH MUAH is an online retailer selling tights, underwear, socks and accessories, including intimate accessories such as nipple covers and nipple concealers.
Business name: Tetiana Mikulaninets, trading as MUAH MUAH
Trading name: MUAH MUAH
Business / registered address: Lytchett House, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FA
Email: hello@muahmuah.co.uk
In these Terms & Conditions:
- “we”, “us” or “our” means MUAH MUAH / the business operating MUAH MUAH.
- “you” or “your” means the customer purchasing products from us.
- “website” means the MUAH MUAH online store and any associated pages through which our products are sold.
2. Who Can Place an Order
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract to purchase products from us.
If you are under 18, you should only place an order with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:
- the order has been placed fraudulently;
- the order involves unlawful activity;
- payment has not been authorised;
- incorrect or incomplete information has been provided;
- we are unable to fulfil the order;
- there has been an obvious pricing or product description error; or
- the order appears to involve misuse of our website, promotions or payment systems.
If we have already taken payment for an order that we cancel, we will refund the amount paid.
3. Our Products
We sell products including:
- tights;
- underwear;
- socks;
- nipple covers;
- nipple concealers; and
- other accessories and intimate accessories that may be added to our website from time to time.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes, materials and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings and lighting.
Minor variations in colour, appearance, texture or packaging do not necessarily mean that a product is faulty, provided that the product remains as described and meets the requirements of applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights where a product is not as described, is faulty, is not of satisfactory quality or is otherwise not in conformity with your legal rights.
4. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We may:
- change or update products;
- change product descriptions;
- discontinue products;
- limit quantities available for purchase; or
- temporarily remove products from sale.
If you place an order for a product that subsequently becomes unavailable before we accept your order, we may contact you to explain the situation and, where payment has already been taken, provide an appropriate refund.
Pre-orders
Some products may be offered for pre-order before they are in stock. A pre-order product is marked as such, with the date we expect it to be available. You pay in full when you place the order. If your order includes a pre-order item, we send the whole order together once that item is in stock. The expected date is an estimate. If we expect to be late, or cannot supply the item, we will tell you and you may cancel the pre-order item for a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
5. Product Sizes
Where applicable, we provide a size guide to help you choose the most suitable size.
Our size guide is intended as guidance and measurements may vary slightly between products and styles.
Please check the relevant product information and size guide before ordering.
If you select the wrong size, this will generally be treated as a change-of-mind return and will be subject to the terms of our Refund & Returns Policy.
If we send you a different size from the one you ordered, please contact us. This may constitute an incorrect item and your statutory rights will apply.
6. Product Care
Where care instructions are provided with a product, you should follow them carefully.
Damage caused by failing to follow reasonable care instructions may affect a claim where the damage has been caused by the customer's actions.
However, nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.
7. Intimate Accessories and Hygiene-Sensitive Products
Some products sold by MUAH MUAH are intended for direct or close contact with the body, including silicone nipple covers, nipple concealers and other intimate accessories.
For hygiene and safety reasons, some intimate products may be supplied with sealed or protective hygiene packaging, covering or a seal.
If you think you may wish to return an intimate accessory under your change-of-mind cancellation rights, please do not open or use the sealed hygiene packaging.
Where a statutory hygiene-related exception applies, opening the relevant sealed or protective packaging may affect your right to cancel the purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is:
- faulty;
- damaged;
- incorrectly supplied;
- not as described; or
- otherwise does not meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.
If you believe an intimate accessory is faulty, please contact us rather than treating the matter as a change-of-mind return.
Where permitted by law, we may take account of a reduction in the value of returned goods where they have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
8. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are shown in pounds sterling (£), unless otherwise stated.
We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to our prices.
The delivery charge, if applicable, will be shown during the checkout process before you complete your order.
We take reasonable care to ensure that prices are accurate. However, occasionally an obvious pricing error may occur.
If we identify an obvious pricing error before your order has been accepted, we may contact you and give you the option to purchase at the correct price or cancel the order.
If you do not wish to proceed at the corrected price, we will refund any payment already made for the affected order.
9. Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts, discount codes or other offers.
Unless otherwise stated:
- promotional codes must be entered at checkout;
- only one discount code may be used per order;
- discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
- discounts cannot normally be applied retrospectively to orders that have already been placed; and
- promotional offers may be subject to additional terms.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where permitted by law.
Nothing in a promotional offer removes your statutory consumer rights.
10. Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you are offering to purchase the products selected by you.
Before completing your order, you should check:
- the products selected;
- quantities;
- sizes;
- colours, where applicable;
- delivery address;
- billing information;
- delivery method;
- delivery charge, where applicable; and
- total amount payable.
You should correct any errors before submitting your order.
Submitting an order means that you agree to pay the applicable price and any applicable delivery charges.
11. Order Confirmation and Acceptance
After you place an order, we may send you an acknowledgement confirming that we have received your order.
An order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order.
Your order will be accepted when we confirm acceptance or otherwise communicate that the contract has been formed, which may normally occur when we process and/or dispatch your order.
If we cannot accept your order, we will contact you where appropriate and refund any payment already taken for the order.
12. When We May Refuse or Cancel an Order
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- the product is unavailable;
- there is an obvious pricing or description error;
- payment has not been authorised;
- we cannot deliver to the address provided;
- we reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity;
- the order appears to involve misuse of our website or promotional offers;
- technical or system errors prevent us from fulfilling the order; or
- we are required to do so by law.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will provide an appropriate refund.
13. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Payment must be successfully authorised before we can process your order.
Payment may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Where applicable, that provider may have its own terms and privacy arrangements.
We do not store payment card information unless this is expressly stated in our Privacy Policy and permitted under applicable requirements.
14. Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom and to the European Union countries offered at checkout. We do not deliver anywhere else.
A minimum order value applies to deliveries outside the UK. Import VAT, customs duties and similar charges in the destination country are not included in our prices or delivery charges and are payable by you.
Orders are delivered using Royal Mail or another delivery service that we may use where necessary.
Free UK Delivery
UK delivery is free on orders over £35.
For orders of £35 or less, a delivery charge will apply. The applicable charge will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
For full information about delivery methods, estimated delivery times, tracking, delays, lost parcels and other delivery matters, please see our Delivery & Shipping Policy.
15. Delivery Times
We provide an estimated delivery timeframe where possible.
Many of our products are brought in from our suppliers in Poland. Where we need to bring in an item for your order, including a pre-order item, it usually takes about one week to reach us and then a few working days to be delivered within the UK, so please allow around 10 to 14 days from the date of your order. Deliveries to the European Union usually take a few working days longer after dispatch.
Unless we have expressly agreed a guaranteed delivery date or timeframe, delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Delivery may occasionally be delayed because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal or transport disruption.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights relating to delivery.
16. Risk in the Goods
For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage to the goods generally remains with us until the goods come into your physical possession, or the possession of a person identified by you to receive the goods, subject to applicable law.
We will not attempt to transfer consumer delivery risk to you earlier than permitted by law.
17. Ownership of Goods
Ownership of the goods will pass to you in accordance with applicable law once the relevant purchase requirements have been satisfied, including payment and delivery where applicable.
Nothing in this section is intended to restrict your statutory consumer rights.
18. Returns and Refunds
Our Refund & Returns Policy explains your rights and our procedures for cancellations, returns, refunds, faulty products, incorrect products and other returns matters.
Where applicable, consumers purchasing online have statutory cancellation rights.
Certain statutory exceptions may apply to particular products, including certain hygiene-sensitive products once relevant sealed or protective packaging has been opened.
Our Refund & Returns Policy explains these circumstances in more detail.
Nothing in our returns policy or these Terms & Conditions removes or restricts your statutory rights.
19. Underwear, Tights and Socks
For hygiene and product-care reasons, we ask that underwear, tights and socks are not worn, washed or used if you intend to return them under your change-of-mind rights.
Where a product is supplied with protective or sealed packaging, please do not open the packaging if you think you may wish to return the product.
Different legal rules may apply depending on the type of product and whether a statutory hygiene exception applies.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described, please contact us. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
20. Nipple Covers, Nipple Concealers and Other Intimate Accessories
For products such as silicone nipple covers, nipple concealers and similar intimate accessories, please check the product description and any hygiene information provided before purchase.
Where a product is supplied with sealed or protective hygiene packaging:
- please do not open the packaging if you think you may wish to return the item;
- opening the relevant packaging may affect your statutory cancellation right where a lawful hygiene exception applies;
- used intimate accessories may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return where the law permits an exception; and
- faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed products remain subject to your statutory consumer rights.
For hygiene reasons, we strongly recommend that customers inspect the external packaging before opening an intimate accessory.
21. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Your statutory consumer rights apply if goods are faulty, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for a particular purpose where applicable, or not as described.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include:
- repair;
- replacement;
- price reduction; or
- rejection/refund.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order details and, where useful, photographs showing the issue.
We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with your legal rights.
We will not require you to give up statutory rights as a condition of receiving a remedy.
22. Website Content and Accuracy
We take reasonable care to ensure that information on our website is accurate and up to date.
However, the website may occasionally contain:
- typographical errors;
- technical errors;
- outdated information;
- temporary inaccuracies; or
- information that requires correction or updating.
We may correct, update or remove information from the website where reasonably necessary.
If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we will deal with the matter in accordance with applicable law.
23. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the MUAH MUAH website and its content, including where applicable:
- MUAH MUAH branding;
- logos;
- photographs;
- product images;
- graphics;
- text;
- designs;
- page layouts; and
- other original content
are owned by us or used by us with permission.
You may use our website for your own lawful personal shopping purposes.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit our website content without our permission, except where permitted by law.
24. Acceptable Use of Our Website
You agree not to use our website:
- for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;
- to interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- to introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material;
- to attempt unauthorised access to our systems;
- to interfere with other customers' use of the website;
- to misuse promotional codes or offers;
- to place automated or abusive orders; or
- in a way that infringes the rights of MUAH MUAH or another person.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect our website, customers or business.
25. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party providers to help operate our business, including providers for:
- payment processing;
- delivery;
- website hosting;
- analytics;
- website functionality; and
- customer communications.
Third-party providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Our use of third-party providers does not remove or restrict your statutory rights against us as the seller.
26. Third-Party Websites and Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of third-party websites that we do not operate.
A link to a third-party website does not necessarily mean that we endorse that website or its content.
27. Our Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict your statutory consumer rights or our liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Subject to the above, we will not be responsible for losses that:
- were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was made; or
- arise from matters outside the scope of the contract and applicable law.
If you are purchasing as a consumer, nothing in this section is intended to reduce the protections available to you under applicable consumer law.
28. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, where permitted by law.
These may include, for example:
- severe weather;
- natural disasters;
- postal or delivery disruption;
- strikes or industrial action;
- transport disruption;
- power failures;
- telecommunications or internet failures;
- government restrictions;
- civil emergencies; or
- other events that could not reasonably have been prevented or avoided.
Where appropriate, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of such circumstances.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
29. Complaints
If you have a complaint about an order, product or our service, please contact us using the details provided on our Contact Us page.
Where possible, please include:
- your name;
- order number;
- contact details;
- details of the issue; and
- photographs or other relevant information where appropriate.
We will consider your complaint and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
30. Privacy
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information when you use our website or purchase from us.
Our Cookie Policy explains how cookies and similar technologies may be used on our website.
31. Changes to These Terms & Conditions
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Changes may be made where reasonably necessary, for example because:
- our products or services change;
- our website changes;
- our delivery or payment arrangements change;
- legal or regulatory requirements change; or
- we need to correct or clarify information.
The version of the Terms & Conditions applicable to your order will generally be the version in effect when your contract with us is formed, unless the law requires otherwise.
We will not use an update to these Terms & Conditions to remove or restrict rights that you have already acquired under applicable law.
32. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or removed only to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in this section affects mandatory consumer protections.
33. No Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms & Conditions, this does not mean that we have permanently waived our right to enforce that provision later.
34. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the policies and information expressly referred to in them, form the terms governing your purchase from MUAH MUAH.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or reduce any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
35. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable law of the jurisdiction in which our business is established, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you.
If MUAH MUAH is established in England and Wales, these Terms & Conditions will generally be governed by the law of England and Wales.
Consumers may also have mandatory rights under the laws applicable to their place of residence, where those laws apply.
36. Jurisdiction
Where you are a consumer, you will retain any rights you have under applicable consumer law to bring proceedings in a court with appropriate jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions prevents you from exercising mandatory legal rights available to you.
